▪ Start-up of production machinery in co-operation with machine suppliers colleagues (first stage)▪ Analysis/evaluation of production processes determining places of potential improvement, optimization and cost reduction
▪ Participation in working out layouts of equipment
▪ Analysis of existing and working out new mechanisms, systems and methods of moving/processing of main and accessory materials
▪ Analysis, standartization and optimization of production cost
▪ Analysis and optimization of technical maintenance schedule and repair of equipment in cooperation with electromechanical supervisor and production supervisor
▪ Analysis and working out ergonomically effective working places in production
▪ Analysis of down times, set-up times and giving proposals on improvement
▪ Working out drawings, procedures and preparing reports relating to his duties
▪ Participates in realization special projects on introduction new equipment (or modernization),engineering utilities, buildings
▪ Work in close cooperation with production and technical services
▪ Adherence to all corresponding Safety rules and Disciplinary procedures of the Company

Profile
Higher technical education
Good analytical skills
Technical minded
Computer literate, knowledge of AutoCAD
Good English
